Junior School
8.30am Doors to Alkira open with tea, coffee and light refreshments available
8.45am Welcome from staff
Throughout the morning, grandparents will enjoy a variety f experiences including classroom visits, choir and musical performances, access to the Imaginarium, and outdoor activities on the oval.
10am Shared morning tea
For your convenience, parking is available at C3 Church. Please utilise the back carpark as the areas closest to the playground are for café patrons.
10.45am Buses will depart for those attending the Middle and Senior School session, returning at 1:00pm.
Seats on the bus can be reserved via the TryBooking link below when you book your attendance for the event.
Middle and Senior School
11:00am to 11:30am: Concert in Linmor Hall
11:30am to 12:20pm: Campus tours for Grandparents and Students
12:20pm to 1:00pm: Light Lunch in Café 1982, Senior Campus
If you would like to utilise the parking at C3 Church in South Hobart, courtesy buses are available to take you to Senior School Campus. Please utilise the back carpark as the areas closest to the playground are for café patrons. Please reserve your place when you book your attendence to the event. Buses will return to C3 at 1:00pm.
