We understand that navigating school life can sometimes be even more confusing and stressful for parents than for students! To help you get the most out of your Collegiate experience, here are some useful links and resources.
Access the Parent Portal
MyCollegiate is your first point of call for all things to do with your student and life at the School. This is where you will find information like circulars, events, subject information, event highlights, photos from recent events and more.

Where do I go?
Being spread over two campuses and several city blocks means that it can be easy to get lost. We are working on developing a campus map, but in the meantime here are some useful references:
Early Learning Centre – Located at our Anglesea Campus, you can access the Early Learning Centre at 467 Macquarie Street, Hobart.
Junior School – Can be accessed at 52 – 58 Anglesea Street, Hobart.
Founders Hall Middle School – Located between Davey Street, Macquarie Street with the entrance off Molle Street.
Senior School – Reception can be accessed off Davey Street between Barrack Street and Molle Street
The Performing Arts Centre (The PAC) – Located at our Senior School campus, can be accessed from either Macquarie or Davey Street entrances.
The Gym – Located at our Senior School Campus behind the Pool. Can be best accessed off Davey Street.
The Pool – Accessed off Davey Street between Barrack Street and Molle Street.
The Library – Our main library is on our Senior School campus and can be accessed from either the Macquarie Street or Davey Street entrances. Library is open after school until 5.30pm from Monday – Thursday and till 5pm on Friday during term time.

Book a bus
The School operates a bus service for students from Prep through to Year 7. Students in other year levels may request to travel but our youngest students are given first priority for the seats available.
We combine our services with The Hutchins School so that we can serve as many areas as possible. Collegiate students may travel on a Collegiate or Hutchins bus depending on where they live. Some areas have central pickup points, to ensure we can get all students to school on time.

Outside School Hours Care
We offer an Outside School Hours Care program, including before and after school care, which is conducted in Alkira on the Junior School Campus during term time. This is available to all Collegiate students aged 12 or younger. The program runs weekdays from 7.30am to 8.30am and 3 pm to 6 pm, except on public holidays. Bookings are made through the Program Coordinator or via the Early Learning Centre by contacting 6211 4953.
The Vacation Care Program operates during term breaks and over the Christmas holidays. General closure is between Christmas and New Year’s Day, public holidays, Easter Tuesday and the Friday after the Royal Hobart Show Day. Special events and fun activities are planned for the children, including excursions to the beach, parks and places of interest.
