Governance

The St Michael’s Collegiate School Board is governed by the Christ College Act 1926 and is responsible for the governance of the School.

Established in 1974, the Board has four major roles:

  • The care of the spiritual welfare of the School;
  • The setting and overseeing of the strategic plan and educational philosophy of the School;
  • The care of the School’s physical fabric, both existing and future;
  • The care of the School’s finances and risk framework
