St Michael’s Collegiate School offers scholarships to encourage outstanding students in a range of subjects. Scholarships cover some tuition fees and are designed to financially assist enthusiastic students to enjoy the benefits of the best possible education. Many of our scholarships are means-tested and are a way of embodying compassion, one of the core values of Collegiate School.

St Michael's Collegiate School offers Scholarships to outstanding students based on a broad range of criteria. Please note, applicants must be Australian citizens or permanent Australian residents. Enquiries are encouraged for these scholarships.
Performing, Visual Arts and Design Scholarships
Collegiate Performing, Visual Arts and Design Scholarships completed applications must be received by Monday 16 August 2021. Late applications are unable to be accepted.
These scholarships provide opportunities for new and existing students showing exceptional creativity in the field of performance and/or visual arts entering Year 8 to Year 11 in 2022. Providing a reduction in tuition fees, the scholarships are open to students with an aptitude and commitment to performance (dance and acting) and/or visual arts and design (drawing, collage, digital media, painting, sculpture and textiles).
Students who are awarded a scholarship are expected to study visual arts and design and/or performance subjects at Collegiate and to participate in the wide range of opportunities available at the School.

Year 7 All-Rounder Scholarships
Collegiate Year 7 All-Rounder Scholarships completed applications must be received by Monday 30 August 2021. Late applications are unable to be accepted.
These scholarships provide opportunities for new students entering Year 7 in 2022.
These Scholarships are awarded for students who demonstrate general excellence across a combination of academic, community involvement and leadership. The criteria for the Scholarship is:
- A high level of academic achievement, with a minimum of a B-grade average and a high standard in behaviour and attitude documented in recent school reports.
- Evidence of service learning, either within the School or in the community.
- The applicant has had a leadership role or demonstrates leadership qualities. This could include a reference from your current school or community organisation.
- A completed ‘Financial Circumstances Declaration’.
